Rediwelo ("Rediwelo," "the app," "we," "us," or "our") is a radio and podcast player developed by VoxelNest Studio. We designed Rediwelo to work without accounts or developer-operated tracking; the app shows ads through Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads to support its development.
This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use Rediwelo, why it is needed, where it is stored, and the choices available to you.
Rediwelo:
Rediwelo does not provide account creation, authentication, or cloud synchronization. We therefore do not maintain an account profile, password, listening history, favorites list, or subscription list for you on developer-controlled servers. There is no Rediwelo account that needs to be closed or deleted.
Rediwelo may store the following information locally on your device:
This information is not uploaded to or synchronized with a server controlled by VoxelNest Studio.
You can delete this local information by clearing Rediwelo's app data through your device settings or by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling the app ordinarily removes its locally stored data, subject to your device platform's backup and restoration features.
Rediwelo requests country-level information from api.country.is or ipwho.is to select relevant content and determine whether to show an advertising privacy prompt. These services receive your IP address and technical request information.
Content selection may fall back to your device locale and then India. Advertising privacy routing requires a fresh successful lookup; it does not use your selected content country, locale fallback or stale cached country. An unsuccessful lookup uses the privacy prompt. IP-based geography is approximate.
Rediwelo:
You can override the detected country in the app's Settings. If the lookup is unavailable, Rediwelo may use your device's language or regional setting instead.
Country lookup providers independently process network requests; see country.is and ipwho.is. IP-based approximate location is disclosed in our Google Play Data Safety information.
Rediwelo is a directory and player. It does not host, operate, or control the radio stations, podcasts, RSS feeds, or audio streams available through the app.

These providers necessarily receive technical information required to complete a network request. This may include your IP address, the requested URL or content, request time, network headers, and basic device or app information included in standard network communications.
VoxelNest Studio does not provide these services with your name, favorites list, podcast subscription list, or a developer-created advertising identifier. However, each provider independently determines how it processes information it receives. Its own terms and privacy policy apply to that processing.
Apple's disclosures explain that its services may log information such as searches and IP addresses. See Apple Privacy Policy and iTunes Store & Privacy.
Some independent radio or podcast streams may use unencrypted HTTP connections if that is the only format offered by the content provider. In that situation, the connection may be visible to the network operator. Rediwelo does not control the security configuration of third-party streams.
There is no separate developer analytics or crash-reporting integration. Advertising SDKs perform their own measurement, diagnostics, fraud prevention and ad-quality processing.
VoxelNest Studio does not receive reports showing what you listen to, what you search for, which stations you favorite, or which podcasts you subscribe to.
Third-party content providers (see Section 5) may separately maintain server logs or measure requests made to their services. Those activities are controlled by the relevant provider, not by VoxelNest Studio.
The bundled advertising and ad-quality SDKs may also collect and share information about apps installed on your device for advertising measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. This information is processed by our advertising service providers, not a developer-operated listening-history database. Advertising privacy choices described below apply to the app's advertising integration.
Rediwelo uses Unity LevelPlay mediation, Unity Ads and ironSource Ads (including native ads). These services may process device and advertising identifiers, IP-based approximate location, ad interactions and diagnostic/performance signals for ad delivery, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. LevelPlay may also enable Unity Ad Quality. See Unity's privacy policy and data rights.
In version 9 and later, new users outside the configured European consent regions may receive contextual ads automatically after a successful live IP-country lookup. In the EEA, UK, Switzerland and related territories, or when lookup fails, the app asks for advertising privacy consent before initializing the ad SDK. Earlier versions ask before initialization globally. Existing explicit choices, including refusals, remain respected. You can decline and keep using radio and podcasts. Personalized ads require a separate, initially unselected choice. The app sends Unity a do-not-sell-or-share choice. Settings > Ad Privacy Choices lets you change or withdraw the decision; withdrawal stops new requests and removes app ad inventory but cannot undo prior processing. Explicit choices are stored locally for up to 180 days. Automatic contextual eligibility is not saved as consent. Child-directed builds disable app ads.
Banners use existing app slots. Labelled native ads may appear within Explore content. Interstitials only appear at eligible navigation breaks while audio is not playing or buffering. Optional rewarded ads can pause app ads for 30 minutes after a verified reward callback. Broadcast and podcast ads are unaffected.
The app does not supply favorites, podcast subscriptions or listening history as custom ad targeting. Unity controls its own retention and data-rights processes.
VoxelNest Studio does not sell, rent, license, or exchange your personal information to data brokers or other third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
Advertising services follow Unity's policies. The app sends a do-not-sell-or-share choice for all users.
Rediwelo requests only permissions needed to provide its core functionality. Depending on your Android version, these may include:
Rediwelo does not request access to: precise or approximate device GPS location, contacts, photos/videos/general file storage, microphone, camera, SMS messages or call logs, calendar, or nearby devices.
The exact wording and availability of permissions may vary by Android version.
VoxelNest Studio does not maintain a server-side database of Rediwelo users, accounts, favorites, subscriptions, searches, or listening histories.
Information stored by the app remains on your device until you remove it within the app (where that option is available), clear the app's storage/data in Android settings, or uninstall the app.
Third-party services, including Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads and the content providers in Section 5, may keep logs or other information for periods determined by their own privacy policies. VoxelNest Studio does not control or delete information held independently by those providers.
Rediwelo is designed to minimize privacy risk by avoiding accounts, developer-controlled user databases, analytics, and unnecessary permissions.
No application or network transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Security and privacy practices of third-party APIs, ad services, radio stations, podcast publishers, and streaming hosts are outside VoxelNest Studio's control.
Rediwelo is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under 13.
VoxelNest Studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. Because Rediwelo does not provide accounts or developer-operated analytics, it does not ask users to submit their age, name, contact information, or other profile information. Ads are not configured for child-directed treatment; the app should not be used by children in a manner inconsistent with that.
If you believe a child has sent personal information directly to VoxelNest Studio, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
You may: change the home country used by the app in Settings; remove favorites or podcast subscriptions from the app; adjust your ad personalization choices as described in Section 7; clear all locally stored app information through Android settings; uninstall the app; stop using a third-party station, podcast, or service by not selecting or playing its content; or contact the relevant third-party provider regarding information it independently processes.
Because VoxelNest Studio does not maintain user accounts or a server-side user database, we generally have no app-user record to access, export, correct, or delete.
If you contact VoxelNest Studio by email, we will receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message.
We use that information only to respond to your request, investigate reported issues, protect the app or its users, or comply with applicable legal obligations. We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Do not include sensitive personal information in support emails unless it is necessary to resolve your request.
VoxelNest Studio may preserve or disclose information received through direct communications if reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, protect users, investigate abuse, or defend legal rights.
This does not change the fact that Rediwelo does not operate an account system or developer-controlled database of listening activity.
We may update this Privacy Policy if Rediwelo's features, service providers, legal obligations, or data practices change.
The updated policy will be made available through the app or the location where this policy is published. The effective date at the top will be revised when material changes take effect.
If a future version introduces materially different data processing, the relevant disclosure and any required consent will be provided before that processing begins.
